Key point
The E1 finale is held in Miami on 13 and 14 November 2026; Team Brady arrives with a 40-point lead over Westbrook Racing and two races left.
The E1 championship, the series for fully electric racing boats, ends in Miami on 13 and 14 November 2026. Two races in two days on Biscayne Bay will decide the title, the first double-header in the series' history. Team Brady arrives as leader, 40 points clear of Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola.
A standings picture that favours Team Brady
Team Brady won the last two seasons. At the Luanda GP on 13 September it took the first final with Sam Coleman and the second with Emma Kimiläinen, 1.4 seconds ahead of Oban Duncan (Team Monaco). The win extended its championship lead.
Westbrook Racing, Will Smith's team, are second but missed the cut in the Luanda group stage, finishing ninth less than half a second behind Sierra Racing Club. AlUla, LeBron James's team, were seventh. The calendar has been trimmed: the return to Nigeria and the visit to the Bahamas were cancelled, leaving seven rounds across four continents, with ten teams, the biggest grid in the series' history.
Two races, plenty of points
With rounds 6 and 7 in Miami, two races remain: Friday 13 and Saturday 14 November. E1 chief executive Jamie Copas says plenty of points are at stake and believes Miami could deliver one of the tightest title fights in the series' history. The finale will crown the "Champions of the Water 2026".
A weekend built around art
The organisers have teamed up with Miami artist Romero Britto. His three sea creatures, a manatee, a turtle and a dolphin, all protected in Florida, will dress the VIP "E1 Ocean Club" hospitality area, a bespoke trophy for the fastest qualifying time and a photo spot built around the E1 RaceBird, the series' race boat. Ocean Club access is sold through Fever, E1's official ticketing partner.
