Three motos, a title decided by three points

In the final moto (MXGP/Open), Herlings fell early while running third and had to restart from eighth. He still caught Prado and won by 12 seconds. Behind Prado and Febvre, Everts took fourth and Lucas Coenen fifth: enough to secure the Chamberlain Trophy, three points clear of Spain.
Liam Everts adds to a family legacy
Aged 22, Liam Everts made his Open-class debut after finishing fourth in the 2026 MX2 World Championship. His two fourth places leave him second in the Open classification. The team was led by team manager Joël Roelants.
